The service allows our customers direct access to their utility account information as well as the following features:

  • Automated account information (account balance, due date, amount & date of last payment received, date of next billing)
  • Pay bill with a credit or debit card
  • Request a duplicate bill
  • Hear and change customer's telephone number currently on file
  • Transfer to a Customer Service Representative
