Adoptable Animals
There are many wonderful animals available for adoption at the Jackson County Regional Animal Shelter. Select from the menu on the left to view our adoptable dogs, cats and other available animals.
If you are interested in adopting a shelter pet or would like more information about an animal available for adoption, you can email petadoptions@indepmo.org or call 816-325-7207 (option 2). Please leave a message if no one answers, and an Adoption Counselor will contact you to provide information about the animal's personality and the adoption process. Appointments are encouraged to ensure you have adequate time for the adoption process.
