If you are interested in adopting a shelter pet or would like more information about a certain animal available for adoption, please download this Pre-Adoption Survey, complete the form, and email the completed form to petadoptions@indepmo.org. An Adoption Counselor will contact you to provide information about the animal's personality and the adoption process.
