Mandatory Courtroom Appearance

The following offenses require your personal appearance before a Judge of the 16th Judicial Circuit Court of Missouri, Independence Municipal Division, regardless of how you plea:

• Speeding in excess of 25 MPH above the speed limit
• Excessive acceleration and exhibition of speed
• Careless Driving
• Any violation resulting in personal injury or property damage
• Leaving the scene of an accident
• Fleeing or attempting to elude an officer
• Operating or allowing another to operate your vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquors or drugs
• Any alcohol or drug charges
• Any Driver's license charge
• No Insurance
• Domestic Violence
• Call for other charges not listed
