Suspect Charged With 2nd Degree Murder

Murder in the second degree is a Class A Felony, and is punishable upon conviction to imprisonment in the custody of the Missouri Department of Corrections for a term of years not less than ten (10) years and not to exceed thirty (30) years, or life imprisonment.

Suspect Charged With 2nd Degree Murder

Suspect, Whitley R. Evenson, 17 yrs. old of Independence, has been charged with 2nd Degree Murder in the September 16th death of her 6 week old infant son.
