The Public Utilities Advisory Board is made up of seven members who are appointed by the City Council, and Board Members serve four year terms. The PUAB advises the City Council and City Manager on matters pertaining to the use, ownership, service, operation, or franchising of public utilities. Board Meetings are held on the 3rd Thursday of the month at 2:30 pm at the Independence Utilities Center.
