Freaky Friday the Musical will be featured. This musical is based on the beloved novel and hit Disney film, when a mother and her teenage daughter magically swap bodies. They come to appreciate each other’s struggles, learn self-acceptance, and realize the immeasurable love and mutual respect that bond a mother and daughter. Aging Mastery Program (AMP), Tuesdays, June 28 – August 30 at 9:45 a.m. to 11:15 a.m.
Created by the National Council on Aging, the Aging Mastery Program (AMP) offers a comprehensive and fun approach to living that celebrates the gift of longevity. The 10-week program uses goalsetting, daily practices, professional speakers, peer support, and incentives to help you create your own personal playbook for aging well.
Register by June 10, 2022. The suggested donation is $10 for class materials, refreshments, and incentives.
