Adventure Oasis is a great spot to host a birthday party, scout party, team party or a family reunion.
Santa Fe Trail Package:

$9 each additional resident guest (includes admission and frozen treat)
California Trail Package:
- Admission for 15 participants
- Party Pavilion for 90 minutes
- A hot dog, chips and a drink for each guest
- T-Shirt for guest of honor
$185 per package
$12 each additional resident guest (includes admission, food and drink)
Oregon Trail Package:
- Admission for 15 participants
- Party Pavilion for 90 minutes
- A hot dog, chips, and drinks for each guest
- T-Shirt for guest of honor
- Table goods to serve 15 (plates, napkins and keeper cups)
- Decorated cupcakes for each guest
$235 per package

Reservations are required to reserve the Party Pavilion for a specific time period (see availability below). Payment is due at time reservation is made. Reservation can be made by calling Independence Parks, Recreation, and Tourism staff at (816) 325-7370. Reservations must be made 7 days in advance.
Wrist bands will be given out for all participants. Be sure to pick them up at the Roger T. Sermon Center front desk any day prior to your party during operational hours.
UPDATE for 2023 Season - Independence residents and non-residents may make party reservations.
Non-residents purchasing party packages will be limited to 15 guests and will only be able to reserve one time slot.
Parties are offered:
Monday through Friday at 1 p.m., 3 p.m., or 5 p.m.
Saturdays and Sundays at noon, 2 p.m., 4 p.m., or 6 p.m.
Guests are welcome to visit Adventure Oasis any time and stay as long as you like.
However, the Party Pavilion is reserved for your specific time slot.
