Wake Up Workout

Our instructor will guide you through careful low impact aerobic moves that will help you burn fat calories, tone your muscles, and improve your overall cardiovascular health - all to great motivating music.

Stretch & Tone

Maintaining strength & endurance is one of the most important things you can do as you age. This functional strength training class will include the use of light dumbbells, dynabands, and tubes.

TRX Essentials Flexibility

Improve your posture, increase range of motion and build greater stability from head to toe. This class is designed for those who are fairly active and fit. Mondays from 1:00-1:45 p.m. at the Truman Memorial Building.

Line Dance Lessons

Join Simple Beginners Instruction Line Dancing every Monday from 11:00 a.m.- 12:00 p.m. and Open Line Dancing from 12:05 -2:00 p.m. $1, no pre-registration required.
Fridays come enjoy Instructed Line Dance (intermediate level) from 12:05-2:00 p.m.  $2, no pre-registration required.


Intermediate Senior Tap Dance Lesson

Listen as your feet rhythmically strike the floor to the tunes in this basic tap dance class, and experience a whole new way to have fun. Instrutor: Jennifer Schmidt
