Please note: Our vaccinations do not have Corona in them and your veterinarian may suggest that you vaccinate against those viruses.

Feline Leukemia is a disease that is highly contagious to other cats, not treatable and is fatal. Once the cat is tested for Feline Leukemia it is wise to have it vaccinated against the disease. There is no cure for feline leukemia. Ask your veterinarian about this disease.
All adopted animals will require a series of vaccinations after they go home. Adult dogs and cats should receive a second Distemper "combo" booster vaccination two weeks after they were vaccinated at the Shelter. Ask your vet about these.
Always keep a current Rabies Tag on your dog or cat. If they lose the tag your veterinarian will replace it usually for a minimal fee. A rabies tag has your veterinarian's clinic and phone number on it which enables someone finding your pet to track you down through your veterinarian's records.
Dogs and Cats can now be Spayed when in heat. Ask your veterinarian for more information.
