(INDEPENDENCE, Mo.) Thursday, May 2, 2013 – The City of Independence, in partnership with the Center for Community Studies at Drury University, invites the public to take part in creating a new vision for the connections linking the historic Independence Square and the National Frontier Trails Museum.

Please join us to review the final concept plans and future implementation steps for this treasured area of our community. Stop by The Palmer Center Dining Room between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. on Saturday, May 11 and learn about this project. The Palmer Center is at 218A N. Pleasant, just west of the Truman Memorial Building.
