Independence Power & Light Fuel Cost Adjustment Rate
Fuel-Energy Cost Adjustment Factor History
Changes in monthly fuel and wholesale power costs are reflected through the fuel
cost adjustment (FCA) credit or debit shown on a customer's monthly electric bill.
The FCA rate per kilowatt hour is multiplied by the total kilowatt hours used for
the month and is part of the billed electric service charge. A negative number indicates
a credit reduction on the customer's bill.
