Whether your business plans require acres of open land, underground storage or Class A office space Independence will meet your needs.
The City of Independence can facilitate various aspects of the site selection process, including coordinating tours, conducting custom research, providing current incentive information and related resources, as well as serving as a liaison with both state and county government agencies and assisting in navigating City departments and requirements. The Economic Development division will provide, upon request, a listing of available office, retail, or industrial/ flex space along with associated demographic & trade area information. Staff will connect prospective tenants or owners with local commercial realtors to proceed with formal real estate transactions.
